Shipping Information
Career Fair Exhibitors will receive shipping information from the show management company. Do not send display or giveaway items to the hotel or university as they will not be delivered to your booth.
Event Sponsors sending items for the competitions may ship to the university. We will have the shipping address posted soon. All boxes should be clearly labeled with your company name. All items should be shipped using a trackable service (UPS, FedEx, etc.) and you should keep a record of your tracking numbers.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that occasionally events occur that prevent you from attending the conference or an event for which you may have already registered. If you find that you are unable to attend, you may:
- Send a substitute. Substitutions may be made at any time, even on site. Please contact PLANET prior to the conference or go to the PLANET onsite registration desk.
- Request a refund. Cancellations will incur a $50 processing fee. After February 22, 2012, there will be no refunds.
